1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using DutyRight, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DutyRight provides HS code validation, EU small parcel duty audit, and HS6 grouping optimization for Shopify merchants. The service is for informational and compliance assistance only.

3. No Tax or Legal Advice

All calculations and reports are based on publicly available EU customs guidance. This is not tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own customs compliance.

4. Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed through the Shopify App Store billing system (Shopify Billing). Subscriptions are managed directly in your Shopify admin — including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation. Access is granted automatically after subscription confirmation via Shopify's billing webhooks.
